Shipping policy

We ship our RIWI building blocks within the European Union with our shipping partner DPD or UPS.

Standard shipping (DPD / UPS)

• Zone 1 – 9.50 € / package: Austria, Germany, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic
• Zone 2 – 13.50 € / package: Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Croatia, Estonia, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Poland, Greece, Romania, Ireland, Lithuania
• Zone 3 – 19.50 € / package: Sweden, Finland, Islands
• Delivery time: 3–7 working days depending on the destination country
• Insured shipping up to 500 € value of goods per parcel

Shipping policy per package

• Shipping costs are calculated per item (one item = one package).
• Exception: Replacement modules are combined in one package. From the 37th module onward, an additional package will be charged.

Additional information

• We reserve the right to combine set sizes in one package to optimize transport costs (e.g. 1×24 + 1×12 = 1×36).
• Larger products are sometimes shipped compressed. The foam needs up to 48 hours to return to its original shape. Please open the package immediately upon receipt.
